For young people aged 11 to 16 years old.
The Grounded groups are for young people who are experiencing difficulties when coping with situations of conflict or confrontation with adults and who can then consequently find themselves in trouble at school, home or in their local community.
So, if you are 11 to 16 years old, find that you sometimes get into trouble with adults, can lose your temper easily and want to learn how to stay calm in difficult situations then come and join our group.
These sessions have been developed to include a mix of activities to encourage participation and teamwork whilst engaging young people. Groups run for 2 hours per week for 7 weeks.

If I hadn't been on a Grounded group thinks would have ended up very differently. I would have made the wrong choices and probably ended up in prison. (Male "A", now 21, who attended our group 7 years ago)
